As the Head of Artbot Studio within Critical Mass, I led Production, Automation and Program Management. Artbot focuses on Multi-Media Creative Design and AI design automation at scale for global performance marketing, in-market rapid prototyping and marketplace data analytics which helps guide our clients long term creative excellence in the digital market place. My role, focused on standing up and then managing the studio, leading operational vision and strategy across teams, client portfolio, infrastructure and tooling with a focus on automation and AI integration.
